Scentasil started with a simple problem—gnats showing up out of nowhere and quickly taking over everyday spaces like the kitchen and houseplants.
After trying everything from DIY traps to store-bought solutions, nothing really felt right. Some worked temporarily, others created strong odors, and most just didn’t belong in a clean home environment.
So I built something better. With a background in engineering and hands-on experience as a U.S. Navy veteran, I approached the challenge by keeping it simple and making it reliable.
Scentasil is a reusable lid system designed for a standard mason jar, paired with a low-odor design that attracts and traps effectively—without clutter or harsh chemicals.
It’s a straightforward solution built for real homes and everyday use. Because solving a problem shouldn’t make your space worse.
